I think I'm in love. WIth a book.

I'd read some reviews for this book and decided to pick it up the other day but didnt really sit down to read it until a few days ago. I'm hooked. I've been forcing myself to go slow with the book but ended up reading most of it in one night. I've never been pulled into a book this quickly before. The writing is witty and it connects with you and the characters are relatable.
I wasnt really sure what I was getting into when I first bought this book but I have to say that it is one of the best well written pieces of fiction out there. The plot is easy to follow but still keeps you guessing. I love Thom and Goran and Kevin and Larry and Scarlett- and can't forget Ruth!
I sat down to read a few chapters the other night and before I knew it, I was on chapter 27 and it was 3 in the morning. I've already started searching for fanfiction because once the novel ends, I want to be able to keep reading.

Summary: Thom Creed is used to being on his own. Even as a high school basketball star, he has to keep his distance because of his father. Along the way, Thom falls in love, and discovers the difficult truth about his parents' past. This is a moving, funny, and wonderfully original novel that shows that things are not always what they seem, and love can be found in the unlikeliest of places.

I honestly think that if you don't go out and get this book right now you're going to be missing out. And that you're crazy. This book is amazing. And there's talk of sequels! And a tv show? I hope so- I'm trying to take the last couple of chapters slowly so that they'll last but I know that as soon as I sit down to read it, I'm gonna finish it. And then go through terrible, terrible withdrawl.

And hopefully write lots of fanfiction.

It's an amazing story and Thom's thoughts about how there has to be someone out there waiting for him totally got to me. Because with all the people on the planet, there has to be someone out there, right? And he finds his someone!

Amazing story- it puts a huge, ridiculous grin on my face every time I think about/read it! Now...need to find more fanfiction!

1. Bold the names of guys you'd definitely shag.
2. Italicize the names of guys you might shag after a little persuasion.
3. Leave the guys who don't do anything for you alone.
4. Put a question mark after the guys you've never heard of. ?
5. Strike the guys you wouldn't touch with a ten-foot pole.
6. ADD FOUR OF YOUR OWN AT THE END.
